Is Diclofenac (Catiflan and Voltaren-XR) prescription? - wilderness first aid kits
Somebody told me, in my Dielofenac first aid kit, while I'm hiking in the desert. It is obvious, is a better analgesic than aspirin. It would be only in emergencies. I need a prescription for it?

You still need a prescription for them. Take aspirin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, and you may have. I personally care Tylenol can cause the liver damage. Ask your MD what would be best to proceed, which is stronger than NSAIDs. Diclofenac is arthritis. You need something for the pain of a serious emergency.
