How do I eliminate cordless phone static that is hooked up to a DSL filter? - dsl filter

I just DSL and after the installation of filters on all telephones in the house, I have static on the telephone from the wall. When mounting the wall to wall outlet static on my receiver, but when I use the foot of the wall of Jack the noise goes away. I think it has something to do with the filter and the AC power cord. Are there any suggestions?
